Prime and seal all kinds of surfaces with Bulls Eye 1-2-3 from Zinsser – it’s a water-based primer-sealer suitable for interior and exterior use, delivering quick-drying convenience and impressive adhesion to those hard-to-stick surfaces without the need for sanding.

Once applied, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 will dry in 30 minutes and be recoatable in an hour. This ‘bond coat’ primer will also prevent rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron or steel.
