Shipping Policy
Local Delivery
All orders are packed and dispatched for same day delivery when orders are placed before 4pm
Click and Collect
All click and collect orders are to be placed online and you will be notified of a collection time. You can book a collection slot. If for any reason you can't make your slot please call us and we can arrange a new one for you.

Nationwide Delivery
For next day delivery our cut off is 12.30pm Monday to Friday to ensure we can prepare your order for our courier.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
If you want to upgrade your delivery please contact our sales team. Additional charges will be applied.
We aim for every delivery to be next day following our chosen couriers service. on occasions this maybe upto 48 hours. If your parcel is ever delayed please contact our sales team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy
For Damaged & incorrect Orders:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Call either 01442 440696 or info@topdec.org.uk
Please leave wrong items in original packaging and await our instruction.
Faulty Goods:

All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds:

All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging, within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning goods at their own cost.
Please ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to us. Also, please insert a copy of your invoice and a letter explaining that you would like a refund.
Tinted paint to all colours is non-refundable & non-returnable.

Order Cancellation:
Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order.
However, once goods have been despatched it may not be possible for us to stop them from being delivered. It therefore becomes the customer’s responsibility to return them to us undamaged.
